Embroidery:
Where noted our throws can be embroidered and your logo
will be custom reproduced with the finest attention to detail.
Embroidery pricing is based on the size and density of the
embroidered logo. This is converted to number of stitches.
The tape/setup charge for embroidery is $30.00(R) per 1,000
stitches. We will provide a swatch sewout for your approval.
If you wish a sew-out on a finished product you will also be
charged for that item.

Monogramming:
3 initials: $7.00 (V). Full name $8.00 (V). The monogram will
be 2" high and tastefully positioned in the corner.
Embossed Leather Patch:
There are many sizes and shapes of patches available.
The pricing covers most shapes and is limited to patches
3" x 4" or smaller. Plate/Setup charge is $93.75 (V). The cost
per embossed leather patch is $3.50 (R) per unit. Patches are
available in Black, Brown and Tan.
Screen Printing:
Where indicated, some items may already include the first
one color, one location imprint. Additional running charges
are .50 (P) per color. All screens are $42.85 (T) per color.
Custom Acrylic Jacquard Throws:
Custom acylic throws are available in the different weave
configurations and sizes. 500 piece minimum.
Genaral Information
Production Lead-Time:
· Blank Items-- 5-7 days
· Embroidered items-- 15 days
· Custom Woven Throws-- 4-6 weeks
· All sales are F.O.B. mill in North Carolina
Over/Under Runs:
Due to the nature of the weaving process,
an average of 2-5% is considered a
completed order.
Billing:
Terms are net 30 days on all credit-approved
orders. A deposit may be required based on
credit approval and/or size of order.
Creating Custom Woven Afghan Throws:
Production Time: 4-6 weeks
Minimum 50 units
1. Gather images-photographs, pictures, drawings, graphics
etc. of the subjects you want represented on your throw.
2. Arrange your images, sketch a rough layout and send all your
information to Cross Canvas.
3. We will contact you to discuss the layout and with questions
and suggestions.
4. We will then prepare a computerized color design. We will
submit the layout to you for comments and approval. If any
changes are needed please make them at this point.
5. Once the color design is approved a pre-production sample
is prepared for final approval. Each purchase order of 100
units or more will receive ONE FREE PROTOTYPE for final
approval. Small changes or design errors may be corrected.
However, if any major design changes are made after the
prototype is woven there will be a $100.00 (V) redesign fee.
CANCELATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $500.00 (V) ART &
DESIGN FEE.
