Disk/CD/Zip PC formatted, file attachment (either zipped or
stuffed). Digital art is requested in .eps vector format with text 
set to curves (or font file attached) and 300 dpi or higher at or 
above imprint size with halftones at 35dpi. For multicolor orders, 
use Pantone spot colors and indicate exact color numbers. For 
comparison purposes please include a hardcopy color printout
of all electronic art when possible.

Embroidery:
All costing is based on the size and density of the embroidered logo.
This is converted to number of stitches. 

Set-up/Tape/Preproduction Sample Charge:
22.50(V) per 1,000 Stitches.

Embroidery running charge:
.50(R) per thousand stitches(minimum running charge is $2.50(R).

3 Dimensional Leather Patch:
Custom molded 3D patches can be attached to many of our bags. 
Imagine the impact of a raised logo to increase awareness. 
Select from standard shapes or a custom shape.

Embossed Leather Patch:
All costing is based on the size and density of the embroidered logo.
This is converted to number of stitches of embroidery.
Leather Colors: Black, British Tan and Dark Brown
Various patch sizes available.
Plate Setup Charge: 93.73(V)
The cost per embossed leather patch is $2.50(R).
Production Time: Allow 7 to 14 working days. Some items are not 
suitable for patches.

Screen Printing:
Where indicated, some items may already include the first
one color, one location imprint. On stock import items, we suggest 
a one or two color imprint to ensure best quality imprinting. On artwork
that requires more than two colors of imprint, please submit the artwork
for review. As specified, some items may not be suitable for screen printing.
Imprint Disclaimer: All bags are hand printed. Multi color and close 
registration imprints are not recommended on certain bags. Slight variations
may occur from imprint to imprint. 100% opacity is not guaranteed when
printing light colors on dark bags. When printing on nylon material,
please be advised that the image may not be as crisp as on other materials.
Screen Printing:
Setup charge is $42.85(T) per color. 
This includes a preproduction sample.
Repeat order: Setup/reclaim is $21.42(T) per color.
Most items include one color imprint. Additional colors @ $.40(P) per
color up to 4 colors. Additional locations may be printed @ $.50(P) for the 
first color and $.40(P) for each additional color up to four colors.

Production Time: Allow 7 to 14 working days.
Screen Printing - Step and Repeat:
Setup charge is $71.42(T) per color.
An art charge of $100.00(U) will apply unless a step and repeat art pattern
is provided. One color step and repeat copy overall on one side of bag is
$.62(V). The second side is $.62(V). 
Step & Repeat printing is limited to 2 colors. 
This includes a preproduction sample.
Repeat order: Setup/reclaim is $21.42(T) per color.
Screen Printing - 4 color process:
Four color process is available on some fabrics.

Woven Motif Ribbon:
This decoration is available on most style bags. 
Setup charges: Paper Proof is $31.25(V). Physical Proof is $93.75(V)
plus bag cost, Rush Charge is $187.50(V). 
Please allow 2-3 weeks additional production lead time.
